Mark Gussin became Of Counsel to Enterprise Law Group in May 2005. His areas of focus include real estate, corporations and litigation. Mark has handled numerous closings in both residential and commercial transactions, and recently obtained a six figure judgment on behalf of a client in a complex commercial dispute. Mr. Gussin was previously an Associate with Fosco, VanderVennet and Fullett, P.C. in Mt. Prospect and Marks, Marks and Kaplan, Ltd. in Chicago. He has also been Of Counsel to Zave H. Gussin, Attorney at Law. A certified teacher, Mark has also been involved in education and not-for-profit organizations.
Mark earned his JD with Honors in 1995 from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Kent, he was selected into the Moot Court Honor Society (Fall 93) and received at graduation the Bar and Gavel Society Award for service to school and community. He attended law school on a Lowell J. Thomas merit scholarship. Mr. Gussin received his B.A. with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, where he was selected for membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, the leadership honorary society. Mark is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, and was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1995.
