September 8, 2011.  Jim Morgan has joined Enterprise Law Group (“ELG”) as a partner and the leader of ELG’s restructuring and bankruptcy practice.

Jim is an experienced counselor on creditors’ rights, a member of the bankruptcy bar, and a commercial litigator, having served most recently as a Partner of K&L Gates LLP in Chicago.

Jim is a 1992 graduate of Indiana University School of Law and a 1989 graduate of the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Jim brings a new dynamic to ELG in terms of creditors’ and debtors’ rights, work-outs, bankruptcy, distressed real estate, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and Section 363 bankruptcy sales. 

His clients include banks, corporations, funds, committees, and bankruptcy and litigation trustees.
