July 7, 2011, Chicago, Illinois.  Enterprise Law Group, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Gnesin has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.  Michael has experience in litigation, transactional and intellectual property matters.

Michael brings with him a diverse foundation of skills that will allow him to make an immediate contribution to the firm’s clients.  At a property management company, Michael assisted over 55 association clients in collection proceedings, commercial litigation, and business matters.   Working closely with an advertising firm, Michael provided analysis and counsel on proposed new products, intellectual property protection, and transactional matters.  And as a Corporation Counsel at the City of Chicago Department of Law, Municipal Prosecutions Division, Michael conducted over 175 hearings in a variety of civil and criminal cases involving the City of Chicago.

Michael received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Equities and Remedies.  Michael received his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois in Chicago, where he was an active member in the Collegiate Finance Organization and Accounting Club, and was inducted to The National Society of Collegiate Scholars.  Michael is fluent in both the Spanish and Russian languages.
